4.1 Consent & Payment Authorization

4.2 Seminar Location
Seminar locations are published on the website but may change due to venue availability or other circumstances. If a change occurs, SGS will notify you via email and/or phone.
4.3 Cancellation & Refund Policy
Full refunds are available only if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the seminar date. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the seminar, no refund will be issued. However, if SGS is notified before the seminar start date, you may transfer to another seminar, receive a seminar credit (valid for 120 days), or convert to in-office training. All requests must be made before the seminar date. Requests after the seminar are not eligible. Transfers are free and subject to availability. Credits expire after 120 days.
4.4 Seminar Cancellation by SGS
If SGS cancels a seminar, you will receive a credit for a future seminar (valid for one year). SGS is not responsible for airfare, hotel, or travel expenses.
4.5 No-Show Policy
Failure to attend without notice is considered a no-show and no refunds will be issued. If you notify SGS before the seminar start date (within 30 days), you may transfer, convert to in-office training, or receive a credit valid for 120 days. Requests must be made before the seminar date.

All seminars and materials are for educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.
5.2 No Doctor-Patient Relationship
Participation does not create a doctor-patient relationship with SGS, Sleep Group Solution, LLC, apZme, EnsoData, or any affiliated providers. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider.

All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. SGS does not sell or rent personal information.
